Guitar Concert

One day, I think I'll be an accoustic folk singer. I'm not phased by an audience, so it should be a great gig for me.

Here's a first look inside the mind of a 4 1/2 yr. old music lover.... (who desperately needs a guitar strap. lol)

I hope you enjoyed yourself. Keep your eyes out for me on America's Got Talent or something. I'll keep practicing, if you keep watching my concerts. ;o)

Ice Sliding

Cabin fever IS real. You just get to where you'll do just about anything for some outdoor entertainment. Today was one of those days. Mommy got this bright idea and twinkle in her eye. Next thing I know, I have a blanket literally belted to me & she's sending me out the door. You must see what follows...............

Did you see that????

OUCH!!!

Yes, that really is the wool imprint on my forehead from my hat. :o/

Ok, so yeah. Mama didn't win any parenting awards today. LOL!!! I will, however, give her an A for effort. ;o) (hindsite...... it was a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o) I laugh watching the video, so that's a good thing. heeheehee)

CAUTION: Ice is SLIPPERY. And, if someone belts a blanket to your bootie, think twice. ;o)

Christmas Eve ~ Christmas Day

So, I made this reindeer food with mommy. She said it's rather magic & helps give the reindeer energy. It's made with oats (for energy) and glitter (for magic). It was a COLD night, but I had a ball throwing it out for them. I think the glitter will help them find it too. ;o)

I also made Santa some cookies. I hope he likes them. Mommy asked me how many I wanted to leave him & I ran to my plate saying "let me see how many Ho's Santa has......oh, he has 7 Ho's, so 7 cookies". I still don't know why she was laughing SO hard, but she told me that if I left him 7 cookies, I might make him yack, and that would be GROSS to find under my tree in the morning. ;o)OOoH, I'm SOoooooooooooooooooooooo EXCITED for morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :O)Shadow was wearing this shirt. LOL!!! He IS a food stealer!!! He'd steal from a baby if he could. lol Anyway, I don't think he really stole Santa's cookies, cuz Santa left a few crumbs. Shadow doesn't leave crumbs. :O)My stocking had this cute monster in it. :o) It WAS on my santa list. Do you want a refresher list?? I asked for a horsie barn, a stuffed fairy, accessories & a monster toy. ;o)OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!! I thought the little pink monster was it, but CHECK THIS OUT!!! Santa brought me this dude!! COOooooL!!!!! :O)For mommy & daddy's anniversary, I got them a book about taking trips to Disney. Inside the front cover I wrote "take me, take me". Well, I'm still trying to get to Disney, so I thought the more hints the better. Like my note in daddy's package?? ;o)

Yeah, that note went with this Mickey shirt. I'm so slick. :O)So I got a couple of new things for my wooden kitchen. I got a wooden cocoa set & cookies!!! They're good. Want one?? :O)

Shadow was a bit confused by the whole morning. We kept trying to get him to open his gift like Bashton used to do, but he wasn't sure. Zoe got it started for him & he just carried it around like this. LOL It was SO funny!!! He could see & hold the stuffed reindeer inside, so he didn't mind the paper I guess. heeheehee

I worked REALLY hard on mommy's gift. She squeeled with excitement when she opened it, so I think she liked it!! :O) It's a painting of me. :O)

Grammie & Grampy HOOKED ME UP!!!!! I opened up this package to find a certificate that said they renewed our memberships to the Zoo, the Children's Museum AND Conner Prairie!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :O)

Mama got this scarf & headband that she loved!!! I think she may live in them for the rest of the winter. ;o)

Oh, how exciting!!! I got my stuffed fairy from Santa!!! Just what I wanted.

My mommy's friend, Tree, made this hat. It's a kitty ear hat. She actually sent me a whole box of knitted love. SO much fun in that box!! THANKS, Tree!!

Grampy got me this horse. I get to stuff it myself. Sweet!!!

Grampy also got daddy & I this Flintstones box set. Now I am starting to understand why he kept telling me that Santa wanted him to teach me how to say "Yabba Dabba Doo". ;o)

My grampy likes marbles. He has lots of them. Well, I found a bunch of marbles for him for Christmas. We'll have fun going through these together. :o)

We got grammie some new slippers. I think she likes them. :o)

Grammie gave me this present. I wonder what it is............

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How COOOOoooooL!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS, GRAMMIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (she made it herself!! It's Sooooo filled with LOVE!!! :O)

I got my pictures taken a few weeks ago & it was a surprise for Christmas. Do you think daddy liked it??? heeheehee

Grammie & Grampy liked their photo too. :O)

After presents, I got to help grammie make some homemade cranberry salad. She was telling me how she used to make this with her mom & my mommy used to make it with her. Now I get to do it too!!! That's really special. :o)

Here's a photo of the monster from Santa. I had drawn a photo for him, in case he didn't know what a monster toy was. I think he nailed it. How about you?? :O)

And last but not least, here I am with my horsie barn. WOO HOO!!! I am LOVING this!!!!!!!!!! :O)

It was an amazing Christmas!!! I love all of my gifts and am grateful to have received all that I did and to have gotten to spend the day with my family. Merry Christmas!!!

Our Christmas Tree

Mommy wanted to take a photo of the Christmas tree. I couldn't let her do that without me getting in the photo. :O) Isn't it pretty!!!I grabbed this present from under the tree to pose with. I made it for mommy for Christmas & wrapped it myself. I'm SO proud! :o) Happy Holidays!!

Cookie Party

So, my mommy's friend, Melissa, had a cookie party at her house. It was for girls only & was going to be a sleepover too. The mom's made cookies & Melissa already had some ready for us girls to decorate. Here we are, getting our decorating on. ;o)You can't tell too well, but my hands are green from sprinkles. lol
I was really proud of this cookie. Look at it's cute smile. :o)

Hannah was proud of this one. Check out how many sprinkles are on that puppy!!

We all had such a great time!! Can't you tell. :o)

This is Sophia being Sophia. HAHAHA! She's so funny!!

We all got to pick one cookie that we did & eat it when we were all done decorating. This is the one I chose. Nice, huh?!!

Here is the table when we all gave up on cookie making. YUMMMMmmmmY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We didn't get to spend the night after all. Mommy had a migraine, so we went home. It was a slow drive home, due to some freezing rain, but we made is safely.
Thanks for a FUN night, Melissa. Thanks for inviting us. :o)

Gingerbread House

Grammie came and we did a gingerbread house!!! I've been asking to do one, so mama got me this kit. She needed to wrap some Christmas presents, so I made it with Grammie. We had FUN!!! :O)
I think it turned out GREAT and I'm really proud. What do you think??!! :O)Shadow seemed really impressed too. He wanted to taste it I think. heeheehee THANK YOU Grammie for a FUN afternoon!!! :O) I LOVE YOU!!!!

Christmas "program"

We had pajama day at school. I thought it was pretty funny to choose my outfit out of my pajama tub. lol So anyway, here I am, ready to head out the door for school. ;o)

(Mommy says to check out that door. She wants you to know that's what happens on freezing rain days. hahaha I think it looks great. I worked hard on that!!!)After school, we were supposed to have our Christmas program. We were going to have our program at a high school auditorium and I was SOooooooooo excited!!!!!

Well, the weather was looking like we were going to have freezing rain again, and in the end, they cancelled it. Wanting us to all stay home & be safe. I was SO upset, I cried for about 30 minutes. How disappointing.

Grammie & Grampy had come down for the evening to see me perform. What do you think of my own Grampy Santa! :O)My sweet friends, Hannah & Sophia, called and invited me to come over and do the program at their house, just the 3 of us. We got all dressed up, for our "program" and sang all of our songs together in front of the Christmas tree. We had the greatest time doing it & it sorta made up for not having the real thing.

Here we all are with Santa before our program.Santa Grampy & Sophia.Santa Grampy & Hannah.

Mommy taped us singing with the video camera, but not the phone, so we can't upload video here. But trust me, it was GOOD!! :O) THANK YOU Hannah, Sophia, Melissa & Blake. Thank you for having us all over for a FUN evening!!!

Disney On Ice~ 100 Yr. Celebration

For Grampy's birthday (and a surprise to me too ;o) we surprised him with tickets to see Disney on Ice, 100 year Celebration. Here I am going downstairs to our great seats. Here's the zamboni to start out the show. I think Goofy was driving. lolMickey & Minnie!!!!!!!!!!This is the dragon from Mulan. She was there too!!

Here's Nemo, Dory & Bruce the Shark, from Finding Nemo.
I'm LOVING this show!!
This is Belle from Beauty & The Beast. It was a great part of the show.

Focusing hard on what's going on out there.

I really liked Flounder, but yes, he stayed there too. ;o)

This is a video clip of the It's a Small World section of the show. Really neat!!! Watch it.
